• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized jewelry are non-returnable unless defective.
